If you are unable to make an upcomng points race in the current points season, 
drivers who have participated in at least 1 points event this season can claim 
provisional points, which are equal to 2 points positions behind the last place 
driver in the race missed. Each driver is entitled to no more than 2 provisionals 
in the season.
